Hacking Wiinja deluxe install - pins straight or bent?

The pins look so flimsy but I watched the spanish video of the install, the guy straightened out all the pins before securing it to the Wii. Im afraid I'll break the pins if I straighten them.

if i were you i would flattern the pins out to create a flat surface and use double sided sticky tape to mount it

i think if you bend the pins one time only to get them flat like i said above, they should not snap just do it slowly with small force, i would only think they would snap if you were to go mad and bend the pins back and forth repeatedly,

Thanks...it straightened out with no problem. I successfully completed my first mod!!
