Does this mean no more updates to the chip?

no it does not neccescarily mean that.

it's been down before and it will probably be down and backup again. and after they returned from their last down time they updated the site with new news as to the update, i dont think they're dissapearing anytime soon.

isn't the only thing they still need to fix is the audio streaming in various gamecube games? (not to be too nerdy)

also I like how they support the clones. win for everyone.

Is it possible for somebody to mirror the installation guide and other resources while it's down?

edit: nevermind – wiikey.com.cn works, in English.

aparently according to admin at wiinewz.com - Austin said this,

"seriously, the wiinewz team has not had any contact with them in at least a week. We are most likely about to post a message on the homepage that they are most likely out of the business. It looks like they shutdown shop and didn't leave a trail".

Hmm...Maybe they got shut down, i doubt it they went bust but then again with alot of people buying clones it could have damaged then. If this is true then maxconsole/divineo/cyclowiz have won with dirty backhanded tatics.

They had a problem puting up some kind of message telling us the site has problems. It's a bit of a problem, but I've been assured that the problem will not persist and will cease to be a problem... very soon.

I heard that a fat man sat on the server and that caused the problem!
