I'm sorry if this has been asked multiple times, but I've been searching and I can't seem to get a direct answer. First here's a few things about my wii.
Hardware:
Firmware: 3.2U
Wiikey V1- firmware 1.9s
My question is pretty simple. I haven't really done much with my wii since the launch of SSBB, in which I updated my wiikey to 1.9s. Now with the current firmware 4.2U, I was wondering if it was safe to update it without it detecting my mod chip and allows me to continue to play my backed up games.
