Hacking WiiKey Region Free Problems

Just tried to play a backup copy of Crayon Shin-Chan: Saikyou Kazoku Kasukabe King Wii on my US console. Doesn't work. Same issue as Naruto Shippuuden: Gekitou Ninja Taisen EX. I can select the game and then it just sits at a black screen. Anyone else having this issue? Is WiiKey not really region free?

Those are the two games that are confirmed not working. So far, all other NTSC-J titles run fine. I have informed the Wiikey team of these issues and they will look into it after finishing work on the upcoming config disc with SD dump app.

Any idea what exactly might be causing this? So far the wiikey seems to play everything I have great.
