Ok, this is a bit wierd.
I have used AnyRegion Changer to set my PAL Wii to NTSC video mode. That's the only change I've done with ARC.
I have a Wiikey v1 modchip, and when I try to use the PAL config disc I only get a black screen.
AFAIK the PAL config disc have 576i 50hz video mode, and that's most likely why I get a black screen.
Is it possible to hack the Wiikey config disc to 480i 60hz, or can I just use the NTSC config disc instead, or will that mess up my Wiikey big time?
EDIT: The PAL disc works if I change back the video mode to PAL in ARC, but I'd like to not have to do that everytime.
