One of the WiiKeys features is "Boots different region GC games/backups (partially without swapping)", but what does "partially without swapping" mean? Does it mean that I could just put in a NTSC-U GameCube game in a PAL Wii and it would boot without problem, as long as my TV supports NTSC?

My guess is that what they really mean is that it partially supports different region games (some games may not work), and that the method doesn't involve any swapping at all, never ever. (Swapping is a method where you boot an original game from your region, and then swapping the disc to your backup)

I know using GCOS to boot an NTSC game works and so does using AR's multi boot feature if you have a PAL console.
