    Hi

I made a nice change to the current Wiifree source.
LCD support is now added. It doesnt do much yet except display that "WiiFree 2.50" is "loaded".
If ppl are enthusiastic about this, ill figure out what else is possible (or someone leeter than me).

Displaying stuff like 'Patching...' 'Booting Wii game' , when u actually are should be possible i think.
Im no expert so i dont know what info can be fetched from dvd drive ;o
Would be cool if we could read game title from it, and display it :>

    Anyway here it is,

    http://rapidshare.com/files/40426175/WiiFree_2_50.rar.html

    Schematics are all included!

I didnt post this on the real WiiFree forums (psx-scene.com) cause i dont have an account there
    and they disabled registering [IMG]

    thx,

    some extra info:

it's only for the 16F628. The other PICs simply dont have enough pins to control the lcd display.

    I made this schematic:

    That's the shit!!!

Man, if only Wiikey had something like this, it would look so nice.

It would be awesome if it could display the game name that is loaded.

This is great! Now we just need some more options/features for it. I've never tried wiifree code before, is it any better than openWii?

    Nice work!!

But instead of using point "x" for 5 volt, couldn't you just use power from the usb port??
Cause otherwise people who would want to add this would have to open up their wii again to solder to this point.
