Homebrew Wiiflow + Wiiengine?

I'm setting up emulator plugins for wiiflow so I can use box covers, and it seems I don't have a plugin for wiiengine/TG16. Is there a wiiengine plugin for wiiflow or other means of using tg16 covers with wiiflow?

The wiimednafen plugin is capable of playing TG16 and TGCD.

where can I get the wiimednafen plugin for wiiflow? It's not in the wiiflow plugins package.
