Following the official guide on the wiiflowiki site, I created a plain text file called custom_titles.ini, being sure to leave one blank line at the top, reloaded cache, deleted cache, restarted several times, but it just will not let me change the titles.
Here are the contents of my custom_titles.ini:

[GAMES]
soue01=The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
gm4e01=Mario Kart: Double Dash!!
And that's it. I double and triple checked that the file name is spelled correctly and that it is in the correct directory (/wiiflow/settings). Not sure what else to try.
EDIT 1: Never mind, I'm a dingus. Put "GAMES" instead of "TITLES".
EDIT 2: Well, it's working for Wii titles now, but not GameCube titles. Any ideas?
EDIT 3: Figured out you have to reload cache on each menu (Wii and GameCube).
