How do I change the Wiiflow startup setting?
I was using Wiiflow Lite 4.4 to upgrade a Cios (using Pimp My Wii 3.03). Oh, it kind of fell apart. I put it to use Cios force and from then on, whenever the start of the Wiiflow Lite it gives message: "No pps / Wiiflow directory found!"

• I tried putting the files back;
• Format the SD;
• Reinstall the shortcuts;
• I tested other versions of wiifliw;
• The Wiiflow 4.2.1 error for the Exception DSI (black screen) at startup.

The USB Charger GX and CFG Configuration normally set.

my guess is you screwed up your cios with pimp my wii. try what @KindaNoobishQWikLrnr says or use d2x cios installer to install v10 beta52 base 56 in slot 249 and base 57 in slot 250. also wiiflow uses a save file for startup settings, if it won't start then goto wii settings and delete that save file. i assume you are using a wii and not wiiu vwii.

I think I ended up changing some Cios myself, because it only gave Wiiflow a problem after I updated the Cios for Pimp My Wii v3.03

Glad things are workin. Soft modding is temperamental for sure. One guys wii can react totally differently than the next. One dudes sd card corrupts the others run great. It's like the wii has a mind of its own.

Hey can I edit a dol like an ini? When I run vbagx from wiiflow it is version 3.4 or something I forget the exact number but when I run it from homebrew channel it is the latest version. I don't really know how this happens since I only have that version of vbagx on my system how can wiiflow boot an earlier version?

wiiflow uses dols in /wiiflow/plugins folder while homebrew channel used the dols in /apps/{appname}

to get wiiflow to use your vbagx in your apps folder:

• goto wiiflow/plugins/ folder
• find vbagx.ini and open it with notepad++
• change the dolfile= line to the path where your vbagx app boot dol is. maybe sd:/apps/vbagx/boot.dol or usb1:/apps/vbagx/boot.dol
• save it and now when you launch a vbagx rom it should use that boot.dol

note the latest vbagx is 2.3.6 and it says it contains wiiflow plugin code which means it will autoboot the rom and exit to wiiflow. but when you go to exit you first have to go back to the game selection menu then exit to wiiflow. with the wiiflow plugin you don't see the game selection menu it just has a button to exit to wiiflow.

Looks like it's saying there is no priiloader and dips mios is a headache. It'll take a couple hours if you use the guide I posted above. After the guide you get abz wiiflow master pack including nintendont which is awesome. I used the guide I shared with you and after a lot of work I've got wiiflow with a forwarder on sysmenu 4.3 fceugx and snes9x forwarders with cartridge images and all the boxcovers for the emus in abz pack. I'm not sharing this to brag but to say if you want me to type up how I got my wii running that stable I will make a list of everything I did. My wife and I had some issues with sports resort. It turned out to be caused by not having the second wii mote synced and turned on from sysmenu. After that it worked great.

Ive been using mastermod for awhile and im not sure what happened but i cannot seem to get
Famicom Disk System working. It worked when i first configured the roms but then i did something which i cannot remember. I think i downloaded and converted to a fresh version of masterpiece. I cannot figure this one out. Any suggestions?

it should work out of the box, you only need to copy your roms to the default rom path

I see that you are using here wiiflow/nandemu as a default path for emuNand. Is there any difference between that path and USB/SD:Nands ?

Is it pobrably more compatible to use this last one since Wiiflow let us set the path we wish but uneek by dault use this one?

It warns you that priiloader is missing and it looks like there is a problem with Mod Mios. Game Cube runs fine (all running via USB_Loader_Gx or CFG_Config). I do not know if there is any, but I am in Dios Dios 2.11 (for this Mod Mios).
For some time I'm outdated unlocking, I confess that seems simple, but afraid to use the Modmii method. I bought some previous pages and I did not find it, can you post again please?

Try to scroll down on the link I sent and start at chapter 1. You don't have to use modmii. Just do ch1-3. The method which is repairing or updating a partially modded wii. All the links are included you basically just use hackmii again and add a bunch of wads and get priiloader installed. Just follow it to the letter and when your done go with the master mod pack of wiiflow and follow those install instructions and if you want you can still use dips mios but nintendont is awesome

Strangely, I installed the cios 250 again
But it does give error when starting.
