Can you run the Triforce games from a separate button (like the triforce .png) (but still using nintendont) in the source menu? Same as how you can split gb/gbc and gba roms in vbagx?

Since I used to have a DML Booter plugin for Mario Kart GP games you can use a similar setup to make a nintendont plugin for Triforce games only

I followed what you have said, all works the way I want except for one big problem;

When I load a game, it takes me to the DIOS-MIOS loader (screen) and promptly crashes if I then load.

How do I specify Nindentont as the loader?

I can't get custom banners to download either. I checked the download paths in wiiflow.ini, and they're as abz described. Off-Topic: Homebrew browser doesn't work anymore. Anyone heard anything? Also I can't get Mortal Kombat Armageddon to load in wiiflow. I tried Extracting the MK7.dol and renamed it main.dol and then replaced the main.dol in the data partition with the renamed file. No luck. Is CFG Loader my only option? I also tried loading it with 249.

I saw that coming
As you see you have this line in the plugin ini
dolFile=Nintendont.dol
so your nintendont boot.dol has to be renamed "Nintendont.dol" and placed in wiiflow/plugins/ folder

and now you reached this far you have to edit this line
arguments={name}
and make it look have more stuff to have these options
(path, id, CheatPath,NewCheatPath,DeviceName[currentPartition], cheats, NMM, videoMode,videoSetting, widescreen,usb_hid,native_control,wiiu_wide,NIN_Debugger)

we only have these options for plugin arguments in wiiflow so far:

As for MK Arma I have it and it works without any extra options out of the box "Mortal Kombat - Armageddon_[RKMP5D].wbfs"
you can post a syscheck to see if your softmod is ok

wiiflow.ini looks ok, I believe your internet connection doesn't like the banners server, it should work with your settings (maybe firewall stuff)
as for your syscheck it looks also ok
I would only install the ios36 wad and leave the other wads as they are

P.S. Try running MK game using IOS 222 or 250 but I see no reason why your 249 wouldn't work too!

when in doubt delete wiiflow ini and settings folder in root /wiiflow
let everything recreate on first run,
or copy the /wiiflow folder and /apps/wiiflow folder from working to non working setup after softmodding
mios 10 is not used so no problem there
