Hi, I'm trying to launch my SNES, N64, NES games off my HDD, but the apps don't detect it, other apps like WiiMC and WiiXplorer can see it just fine.
    I have 2 partitions: wbfs(primary) and ntfs(logic).

Any idea what could be the problem?

yes most wii apps don't support ntfs
    emus + hbc among them

I suggest losing wbfs + ntfs in favor of one big fat32
