a little while ago, I updated all my mods to the most recent versions. And Now my wii wont read any Discs (Neogamma/Post Loader/Disc Channel/USB Loader GX/WiiFlow). Prior to updating to the latest Patches/softmod's It was able to read all my burned and original discs.

Im not sure what happened But Im guessing I overwrote an IOS I should have avoided. I will mention that when I tried different IOS's On usbloaderGX it read the disc Temporarily (Read enough to load the games Disc Channel Preview) But when I tried to launch the game, It returned me to the homebrew channel.

I dont have an Old SysCheck (I wish I did). I also Dont have an old Nand Backup from when It could read discs (Since It couldnt read USB Before I updated)

A bunch... Basically I just did a ModMii Install (I hadnt updated since 2010 If not earlier). But I had most of the IOS's, Just outdated So I Had to Overwrite Most if not all of the IOS's ModMii Wanted me to install.

Although Im Pretty sure that I had to Overwrite these ones:
IOS202
IOS222
IOS223
IOS232
IOS249
IOS250

Theres a couple I overwrote Under 200. 58 59 for sure, and I think One or 2 Others Back for DVDx when it was the method of playing backups.

Edit: Err Maybe it was 58 and 60... I know 58 was one that I Overwrote. But Prior to that Im actually not sure.. I moded it when I was 15 or so, Back when I was 2stupid to Log everything ;)

I will Go check If I can still read Gamecube Discs (Because that was a thing a while back, where it would read Gamecubes but not Wii's)

I Think 53 Was Modified But Again Im not sure.

Is there no easy Way to tell whats been modified? Could you post me what a woring SYSCheck looks like So I can compare the Versions Of My IOS's. I know that I ran the IOS Updater, To manually update Certain IOS's without using the Official updater, Hence why im on 4.3 rather then 3.3 or earlier.

PS: Will test Gamecube game in a couple of hours, Since I think Gamecube Games Read fine. Might just be Wii Games and Burned discs

The syscheck report looks fine. It's entirely possible that it's a coincidence and your optical drive is dying or dead.
