I used it with NSMBU and CDecrypt, it worked... ?!?!

CDecrypt doesn't check signatures. It's the signature that the IOSU checks before allowing an install, even if the decryption key is valid. Signature fail = no install for you, and the tickets that site generates have garbage signatures because it's for 3DS and it assumes you're using a 3DS with signature checks patched out

Those tickets won't work to install games until we have IOSU

You download a ready game and install with a modifed wup installer. Only games in wud format work. So not many games
