ive only checked mario makers eur .tik and the F value is plus 2
how do we know if its plus or minus 2 ?
is it by region eur is plus and usa is minus ?

This is not correct "2) Extract the downloaded rar files into the root of the SD card" You need to extract the rar file & then copy the "install" folder from within the rar folders to the root of the SD card. When you extract they're rar file, The first folder would be the name of the game, The install folder is in there. Need to clear that up.

Any version of wupinstaller needs a folder on the root of the SD card named install. Inside the install folder goes the game/update in NUS format.

Everyone who is modifying tickets files could post (1) what they did, (2) for what game and (3) what was the result. If we have a list of games and modifications, maybe it will be possible to figure out the logic of this or we can simply have a database for a patcher.

There is a site when you can generate the tik for a lot of games (not all) but I can't say that site on here.

Well this is new to me...didn't hear of any site generating tiks for wiiU?
Could you give us a hint for google keywords to find that site?
