Hacking Wii U USB Helper Transfer Tool trouble, please help.

So when I load the transfer tool on my Wii u and my USB Helper on my PC, it says this "The requested FTP command is not supported when using HTTP Proxy." so I was just wondering if you guys could help me?

Please, I rlly need help with this. (As of rn) I don't have a bigger SD card on hand rn so please help me with this.

This tool doesn't allow you to install titles that are too big for your SD card. All this tool does is transfer the files over the network from your PC to the SD card, located inside your Wii u. The files still need to fit on your SD card in order for this tool to work.
