I cant get past the ticket screen. I get an unhandled exception error when putting in Google wiiu tk. Is there a different ticket site?

Ok so i really need help, USB helper was working for me yesterday. I go to download today and the download does not start and in a few seconds tells me my download is done. Nothing has been downloaded at all. I have tried every fix, is there something I don't know or a way to fix this issue?

Hi did you get it to work in the end? I’m having the same issue I got
It to work on an older version of the launcher but then jut stopped

I can 100% confirm that OpenDNS was blocking most USB Helper downloads. Using default settings eliminated the issue. In fact, I changed the DNS settings on the modem / router several times, but completely forgot that I was using OpenDNS in the Windows setup.
My VPN software probably forced the system to use a different DNS, so it also helped.

Hi, I used Wii U USB Helper yesterday to get some games and than I pinned it to my taskbar.

I tried use it again today, but it won't open for some reason.

Am I able to covert .wux (WUD??) files to WUP and then use Wii I USB Helper to install them?

If so can someone point me in the direction to properly convert them?

Okay, I solved my previous problem by just opening it through the launcher but now I have a new problem:

My Wii U USB Helper keeps crashing whenever I open it. I've even reinstalled it and it still crashed.
I think this could be because I accidentally moved my games folder to the Wii U USB Helper folder, but I quickly took it out so I'm not really sure?

Hello,

Uninstall it from your computer, then reinstall it correctly, then launch the USBHelper Launcher application in Administrator mode.(it may take a long time to open)

Thank you very much, but I think I made a mistake.

I accidentally deleted Wii U USB instead of uninstalling it and than redownloaded it, because I didn't know about the uninstall button.

Due to this, I just clicked the uninstall button on the new Wii U USB and than reinstalled it, but it didn't work.

Is there anything I can do? Thanks

But the usb keys work very badly with the wii U ==>

prefer an external hard drive with a Y cable and everything will be fine ==>
