Homebrew Wii u transfer on wii with broken DVD

Hi,

I have a wii with a broken disc drive, the connector on the motherboard is broken.

So now It's only possible to use channels that don't use the disc drive or it gives "error has occurred"

I managed to get games going by using neek2o and booting from a usb flash drive.

But now I wanted to do a system transfer to Wii U.

Is there any way to do a bypass on the DVD drive check in order to get the Wii transfer going?
