Hacking Wii U Retroarch Individual Rom Forwarder, like Star Fox 2 on Snes9x 2010

Hi, I want to make a Forwarder on Wii U to play automatically Star Fox 2 from Retroarch Snes9x 2010, I think it run like Haxchi boots HBL. How to make it happen? Someone did it on Youtube...

I guess we'll never find out. That guy on YT seems to be some arrogant asshole (sry) who's not willing to share anything for very suspicious "reasons" and no one of us found out how to do it yet.

Any update on this? Seems like it's pretty easy to do on switch, has to be a similar tool for the Wii U. No luck finding one.

Hmm.... he may be lying about the Snes9X part. They probably just did a VC inject. I have no idea though.
