Hardware Wii U replacement parts no longer purchaseable in Germany?

Please tell me I didn't wait too long before buying a replacement part, cause the website seems dead now:

There doesn't even seem to be a Wii U category at customer service anymore. Is this the official EOL in Germany / Europe? Does it still work in other countries?

Pls call consumer service and ask. I think they once told me they even sell N64 controllers if requested. I might be wrong about this though.
