I'm sorry i meant like how the wii has wii64. If the wii gets hacked do you think we can download GC roms and emulate them on the wiiu if it gets hacked? AKA play GC games for free.

That's not how it really works... the game is on the console, and sent to the controller wirelessly. After a long enough range, the controller would lose the signal.

Assuming of course that the image is an accurate representation of what will happen.

We would probably be able to inject Gamecube isos into existing VC titles.

I'm just thinking how the remote will do all of this. I mean it's just a remote with a screen. And if it can do all that i'm pretty sure it will be expensive to buy more than 1. I'm thinking 70 dollars a remote.

The price of the controller is one, if not the biggest concern for people who may want to buy the Wii U.

Since the game are to played in HD up to 1080p, imagine if the games were upscaled to HD quality.

I'm definitely not going to sell my Wii. I have a whole bunch of games on the external HDD I have it connected to.

As awesome as that would be, I doubt the Wii U will be able to connect to the controller at such a distance. You're probably going to be confined to only about a few feet away from the television.
It's only going to benefit those who live with siblings that want to use the television or those that don't have a second telly.

1- Bedroom right next to living room.
2- TV in your bedroom.

Plus, I was able to spam the Home button while my friend was playing and I was quite a distance away from the Wii.
