Is an aftermarket battery dangerous to the gamepads health?
Only if it explodes, which shouldn't happen.

and supposedly they're of even higher battery capacity
I didn't look at the link but I think Nintendo maxed out what's physically possible with the official high-capacity battery. So I'm not sure if I would trust a manufacturer (maybe) doing false advertising.

You're probably right, but I dunno. This is Nintendo, I wouldn't put it past them to release a higher capacity battery, without being the highest possible capacity battery.
