Hacking Wii U Cheats Questions (J Gecko U, etc.)

Hi guys. I have a few questions about Wii U cheats... Anyway, I heard there is a new codehandler (Mentioned in the "Post Wii U Cheats Here" Thread)? What is it and is there a link to it? I have been using J Gecko U for cheats. Also, are there any working cheats for Paper Mario Color Splash? I have used an editor for that game in the past, later tried some codes/cheats someone gave me, but game keeps freezing. Thoughts and help on all this greatly appreciated
