Hacking Wii U 5.5.1+ Mario Kart 8 asking for system update

Hi, I'm trying to run Mario Kart 8 from USB under Mocha and I get the msg: System Update is needed before running this software. I tried disabling Wifi but then I get an error.
Any suggestions?

Just download it's update via wiiu usb helper and install in your wiiu via wup installer gx2 or y mod (both are similar, so, whatever).

After all that, try to open your game again and you'll notice that it won't ask you to update.

or just download and run nnu-patcher from homebrew launcher then update mk8 the normal way

You don't need the system update. Just the game update and the two users above have given you two different ways to install it
