Sneek is for running a complete system menu emulation, usb loaders allow you to utilise sneeks nand files to save and load your save games. You wii only has so much memory space once it's full it's time to delete, savegames, wii ware etc to free up space, by using an emulated nand you have as much space as you have free on your hard drive for ur savegames.
