Hacking Wii Sports Help

Some time ago I followed this tutorial to use an external hard drive to store and load ISOs on my Wii: http://www.mikeandheth.com/games/113-conne...e-original.html
I've read a few things that seem to indicate I will not be able to play Wii Sports with my current configuration, is this true? If so, what do I need to do to fix this?

I have tried to search, but I cannot seem to find any solution that suits my situation. Thanks for the reply.

everyone needs to use the alt dol method to get WSR to play for the first time even if you use a disk loader or a usb loader, once its done you dont need to do it again

just search for wii sports and alt dol or look on the first and second page of the "Wii - Backup Loaders"

Additional If YOU DO NOT have a Wii Motion Plus adapter you will not be able to play this game even when you do get it working!

I do have a valid wii motion plus adapter and Wii Sports resort Disc.

i dont think firmware matters but i think you need up to date official ios to play the game but might be wrong
