Hacking Wii Semi brick-Not playing GC games anymore

Yup, it won't run any at all. Whether they are Legit games, burned dvd's or USB loading it'll just give me a black screen.
Tried lots of different loaders and DIOS MIOS but to no avail, must be something with the MIOS, used to run everything fine before though...
Anyone know what to do? I've been away from the wii for far too long but i remember there was a homebrew to check the system right?
Any help would be appreciated.

Your Mios is not bad or anything because it has been written over with by Dios Mios, if you want it back again use ModMii to download v10Mios to restore it.
Yeah and that homebrew app is called syscheck.

That makes sense, but Dios Mios doesn't work either...
I'll just do what you said, screw Usb loading and yay to burned games

Do you have the correct version of usbloadergx that supports Dios Mios. Have you tried wiiflow.

DIOS MIOS should work with GC retail discs, as well as GC USB backups. You might try re-downloading the latest version of DIOS MIOS and installing that. You can reinstall a clean MIOSv10 like BlackWizzard17 suggested, but you will only be able to play GC retail games with that. If you want to play burnt GC backup discs, you will need a custom MIOS.

It does, i have a launch wii
Either way i just made a clean install then put a CMios and now i'm playing Wind Waker off a burned Dvd!
