Once the menu is full, you can still install channels, but they won't be launchable from the SD card. You can copy it to your PC/Wii and use it that way, but unfortunately you don't get anymore than 20 pages.

I plan on making SD cards dedicated to each console, and then to WiiWare, which seems like a nice solution [IMG]

Does anyone know a rough total of all released N64 games in MB? For NTSC?

I know there are alot.. That's all.

And I know there are far too many games to fit on a reasonable number of sd cards (thinking of only 20 pages in the menu.. not space)
I have very few games, compared to other people I know.. and I have about 2 pages left. Though I've used barely 1GB of my 4GB SD card..
True, 4 pages are games installed on my HDD and one is homebrew and apps (internet channel, photochannel and the likes)
The rest are vc and wiiware..

Nintendo should have made it so that we have the number of pages we need.. 10 from start, once filled 10 more pages would be added.. and so on.
But that'll probably not happen.. If it did, however, I'd waste no time ordering another few 16GB cards, maybe 32, if that works..

how many games would you actually play? [IMG] apart from collection purposes, imo your plan seems like a waste of SD cards.

    Rofl, nicely done. [IMG]
I think the maximum pages are not limited by harware, but just a const declaration somewhere in the menu code. So it might be expandable.

Since today the SD Card menu on my Wii is full because I'm Connection Ambassador Platinum (so I got all NES, SNES and N64 VC games for free), I have bought many WiiWare games over the years and I also downloaded all demos. Does anyone know a possibility to expand the 20 pages in the SD Card menu? Shouldn't be too complicated in theory because the Wii can read all games in Data Management. They're only not displayed in the SD Card menu. That sucks...

I have all vc games too...had them on my sd cards too. Could'nt play them all...Wii memory full.
Wii sucks in that department big time... YOU HAVE TO HAVE ENOUGH SPACE ON YOUR WII TO PLAY FROM SD CARDS!

Fixed with Nand emu and triiforce, sneek
