Hi,

Im experiencing random lockups when using most emulators,

Today Snes, Sega Megadrive and Sega CD emus have all lockup up at least once, each time completely random and most of the time the wii outputs a high pitch tone and im forced to do a hard reset.

Im using ABZ wiiflow pack and everything else seems to work ok, Dios mios, Emu nand etc, it just seems to
be with the emus.

Here is my syscheck

Thanks Lanlan funny but not very helpful,

Ive remodded my Wii using Modmi but it still happens, Im now in the process of backup up the drive and reformatting it as 1 whole fat32 drive instead of having it partitioned, Come to think of it the Pc was always winging that there were errors on both partitions but never resolved it, I hope this works.

I've never had the high pitched sound freeze happen when I was playing emulators, only a few Wii games have frozen like that and it either meant it was a bad rip or it needed to be backed up, deleted, then copied back to the drive. If you're running your emulators from a hard drive there is a possibility of the drive going to sleep and causing this problem, though. I run all my emulators from the SD card and anyways different HDs behave differently also.

Edit: What version of each emulator are you running?

Ive checked the drive sleep function and that's turned off, Im currently using the latest abz Wiiflow pack including the plugin mods, There seems to be no pattern to the freezing, No set time, No set game, no set place in the game, Just random everytime. Ive not tried running of SD only, Ill give that a go and see how I get on.

Something strange is going on, Ive just rebooted into priiloader and in the top left hand corner it said "warning unsolicited event", but after a reboot it went away and hasn't come back. Ive googled that but found no related results. Any Ideas what that ment?

Also when I run wiimod and look at system details it says that my region is USA, Im in the uk and have system menu 4.2e, Ive never changed the region so i don't know how that has happened, Ive just changed it to back to Europe,

Strange
