Gaming Wii Play (PAL) has MAJOR changes to Wii Play (NTSC-J)

A video has been recently put on http://uk.youtube.com and has received a feature on the front page.
By watching this video I noticed major differences between the NTSC-J version I have and the up coming PAL version.

EDIT: My mistake, it's Wii Fit. Sorry keep saying Wii Play today instead of Wii Fit.

Now that aprils fools is over, this prank is no longer needed.
Sorry for preforming the trick, I found it rather amusing when I was the victim.
