Hacking Wii PAL GameCube backup HELP!!!!

I have a NTSC US Wii

I have installed preloader, Mios patch and CIos38 rev12 the NTSC backups run fine and all wii backups.... but on gamecube the screen goes black and the sound cuts on. no video but audio works fine.

please help

did you install the preloader 'region free gc game' hack? Uninstall it
