Let the floodgates open! While DS owners dont get that much at least the quality has upped. Wii owners prepare to download gigabytes of gaming goodness.

These dates are what retailers say is out unless stated otherwise, sometimes they <b>make </b>dates up for pre-ordering purposes so not all can be trusted. These dates could also be <b>"shipping dates"</b> which usually means that that's the date when games get <b>shipped </b>to stores so a game could either be in stores on that day or <b>after</b>.

Some games may get <b>delayed </b>some others not listed may appear but at the moment of posting these are correct. Also just because a game is released in stores it <b>doesn't</b> mean that they'll appear on our internets but NA titles usually appear on our 'nets Wednesday night UK time.

Have patience and remember scene releases are not a right but a privilege.<!--colorc--></span><!--/colorc-->

The console version is from IO Interactive but the DS version is from Magic Pockets who are responsible for Imagine: Teacher, Jake Power: Policeman, Fireman, Handyman, Petz Rescue: Ocean Patrol, Petz: Wild Animals - Dolphinz for the DS and for GBA they did Catwoman, Gremlins: Stripe vs. Gizmo, Ultimate Beach Soccer. Yeah they have clearly made games just for a paycheck BUT they also did Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance & Ghost Rider for the GBA so its not impossible for them to make a good game and this looks like something they actually wanted to make.

The game is from Firebrand Games who did the two Race Driver titles on the DS (which some loved and some didn't) and also they did Trackmania DS (which some loved...and some didn't) but this one looks to be more attractive to us who are into more arcadey racers with good controls. Previews have been very promising saying it plays very well and as it should. The box says its WFC but its not online for some reason, you can just share the track you make with the Track Builder.

Proof that 2D can still exist in this day and age on a home console. One of the most beautiful games there is.
<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->Based on ancient Japanese lore, Murumasa: The Demon Blade plunges players into the mystical Genroku era, ruled by the skilled shogun Tsunayoshi Tokogawa. But this culture is threatened; Tokugawa's thirst for power leads to a conflict over the enormously powerful, though cursed, Demon Blades. Used in hatred, drenched in blood, the cursed blades condemn those who use them to tragedy, madness, and untimely deaths. As chaos spreads, denizens from the netherworld breach their realm as these malevolent swords summon evil spirits - and the Dragon and Demon Gods as well.

Featuring hand-drawn 2D art reflecting the heritage and tone of the storyline, Muramasa: The Demon Blade transports players into a little known mythology, envisioned by the creators of the critically acclaimed Odin Sphere. Players take on the role of a male ninja or female kunoichi, utilizing their ninja prowess to traverse the clever side-scrolling levels that feature vertical progression as well as the traditional horizontal stage advancement.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
I had a lot of time with the Japanese release loving every minute and finally I can get to see what its actually about. An essential Wii title that everyone who loves games should BUY otherwise we'll just keep getting the same old generic titles.

My impression of the demo was that it was just a decent game, nothing special. There are some good ideas in there but they didn't really do much to make the game that much better. OVerall I felt that it was sort of like a "last gen" platformer but then I've only played one level so it could be different on the full game. The Wii version is said to be the same as the other version but of course with some graphical differences. The screens look more like a high def version on the other platforms so imagine them a little worse with jagged lines to get the Wii look.

There is no online...what the fuck are you thinking Codemasters? Well those who have played it say that the only difference with the Wii and the other "HD" versions is just graphics. Apparently it still has the same deep gameplay as well as full features of the other titles. Talking of graphics, is it me or couldn't they just look better? I mean I've seen better looking racers on the PS2! Perhaps its like that to support the phsyics, still as long as it plays well thats all that matters.

<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->Enter into an epic tale that has endured for generations and generations. For centuries the land of Eldar has been synonymous with chaos and destruction; a place where monsters prey freely and demons wreak havoc, indiscriminate in their attacks. Legend tells of how, ages past, a being known as the Spirit King gained control of the creatures and waged an unrelenting war upon civilization. Order and life were brought to the brink of destruction, but an alliance of the four races was able to drive them back and seal the evil. Centuries have passed since that time, but once again the lands are slowly being overrun by the reemerging monsters. With the continent giving way to madness, a hero must come forth to reunite the races and confront the relentless enemy...

Valhalla Knights: Eldar Saga expands upon the series by introducing a new online feature that allows two players to adventure through the land of Eldar co-operatively. Valhalla Knights: Eldar Saga continues the series trademark of no random encounters while updating the real-time battle system to now include battles taking place on the world map instead of a separate battle screen for a seamless experience.

Already pre-ordered for the full band kit and I'm sure my Mrs will kick the shit out of me when she finds out how much it cost. The greatest band ever have their own game. You could list other bands but I wont waste my time arguing with you. A true work of love from Harmonix and I'm so glad that they got to do it rather than Red Octane...now where is my plastic cello?
<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->The Beatles: Rock Band allows fans to pick up the guitar, bass, mic or drums and experience The Beatles extraordinary catalogue of music through gameplay that takes players on a journey through the legacy and evolution of the band's legendary career.

The Beatles: Rock Band offers the introduction of three-part vocal harmonies to game play, allowing gamers to revel in the unparalleled vocal stylings of the Fab Four. Beatles fans will also be thrilled to hear previously unreleased authentic voice recordings from John, Paul, George and Ringo chatting between takes during studio sessions recorded at Abbey Road more than four decades ago.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Ok so I could easily form my own Beatles tribute band and play with them but this package has so much inside it and is a must for all Beatles fanboys who can stand these games. Most of these Guitar games get boring after a week or so for me butI'm sure that this'll keep my interest. Also I was going to moan about how I would have had more than 45 song but even if they had 60 on I'd moan that there could be more, thats just the legacy of The Beatles, they have just done so many great songs. Harmonix have promised that the Wii version is the same only with lower res looks.

Before you ask, all Wii GH/RB drums and guitars will work on this game.

Pretty good lineup fo rboth consoles, I'll be playing Dirt 2 probably it looks fantastic. Mini Ninjas looks Ok but I doubt it'll keep many of us entertained for longer than a day or two.

Will definitely pick up Dirt 2 on both systems. Hell I'm going to grab it on the 360 and PSP also.

I'm really psyched to play Muramasa also. Beatles looks pretty good, but I was never into them. I'll grab it just to show the oldies lol.

Looks like this is going to be the first Imagine game that might be playable for 20-30 minutes

And it seems like Ubisoft has used up all the feminine professions out there and is starting to use some more interesting ones. Good for the girls.. I guess..

Great line-up for the Wii.
I'm gonna pick up Dirt 2 for the DS, Wii and the PC. Hell, my steering wheel hasn't been used properly since GRID, so it's time to dust it off!

I don't expect I'm gonna like Mini Ninja's or Muramase, but I probably will download them if their scrubbed versions aren't that big.

Meh... nothing much... Oh but... Beatles Rock Band! Fuck, september is awesome.

I don't think imagine detective is the best in the series, I think best is Imagine Reporter. That game is about journalism, should be more fun than detective work!

Somebody forgot Love Plus even though it got dumped this morning or did I do justice on the game to the point that you didn't need to show it.

Didn't forget, its dumped so I didn't bother. Plus I only mentioned Muramasa this week because it needs to be mentioned, I didn't mention any other game out this week.
