I can't seem to get Wii Music to run on Starfall 0.5

It will do one of two things when i put it in:

    1. disc screen spins infinitely; if i remove the disc, the screen still shows its spinning.

    2. Error message comes up. Restart Wii

If i run it through Gecko OS, the game goes to the first screen for wrist strap instructions and freezes after some time.

NOTE: I did recently update to the newest 3.3v3 and only downgraded hours ago with the newly released method. I then used both cIOS and IOS downgrader to 3.2U. Ran Starfall, and here i am.

All options selected on Starfall except removal of BGM

Only thing i was going to try was update removal but it should run anyway with update-ignore enabled.

    Any help?

I don't really know how to help you with this, but for GeckoOS, I would report this problem on these forums...

I believe that a Rebooter issue is being looked into, so they may also be able to fix this issue.

alls i can say is WiiMusic isn't the only game as BlastWorks doesn't work for me with starfall installed either. it does however run with no isses on GeckoOS.

I have successfully played Wii Music NTSC-J on my Wii (3.2U, NTSC) with 3 starfall hacks in use (no health warning, recovery menu, disc update skip).

I still have DVDx installed as well I am using the latest version of CiOS (not the fix one, previous copy).

StarFall just skips the region check for WiiDisc it does not change the video mode.

The same thing happened to me! I have Starfall. When I tried to load it with Gecko OS extremely weird, dying sounds came from the drive.

I can only conclude that this is a bad dump, I downloaded another copy, burned it, and it played fine. [IMG]

I guess i forgot to mention: it worked fine before i updated to 3.3v3

I would run it through GeckoOS and it would boot/play fine.

This is why i am led to believe it is an IOS issue. I mean, i can try reburning it but i don't know what good it will do.
