Wii Makes wierd noises and doese not read wii disks anymore!!

    my Wii Makes wierd noises and does not read wii disks anymore!!

    when i have a disk inside it makes a strange noise.... and wont read my wii game....

    i try backup launcher i get error timed out or disk read error 927 (i think)

    What is the problem??? im kinda geussing its my lens for my wii but i want to know if it is or its not and if it is can some 1 please tell me how to fix it????

    i can do usb loader but..... i dont want my dvds (over 40 ) that i play dont work anymore.......

    i have wii system menue 4.0 with preloader, boot mii, all ioses and i have cios 38 rev 14.

    i also have cioscorp and installed an ios 55.

    How can i fix this problem?

    your drive is taost better switch to a usb or sd loader
    assumeing you burned the games use image burn to rip them and a wbfs

    Something like this happened to my console recently. It made odd sounds when trying to read GCN games, though Wii discs still worked. I solved it by turning it vertically and lightly hitting it against the carpet.

    Um.... maybe it has something to do with this? Yugimoto - you're just not cut out for modding your wii. It's only a matter of time before your wii becomes an expensive paperweight - please quit before its too late.

    927 is bad drive i had to find this out the hard way,
    bad drive check list
    1.dose it load a game (retail),if game loads but freezes at any point then and the game is brand new or never had a problem befor more than likely bad drive
    2.what loader you useing for back ups(927 im assumeing neogamma grate multi loader)
