Hacking .wii image file?

how do I use that, can I use it with usb loader gx, convert to iso, or what?

A .wii image is a raw file that is pressed onto the discs. As far as I know, it cannot be used at all for burning or playing. You will have to install Rawdump and use it to convert it into an .iso file.
