Nah, this is not the right way.
    Download this : http://www.megaupload.com/?d=E2XWDUUD
Install it. a directory named "devkitPro" should a have appeared in C:
Goto C:\devkitPro\projects\wii and there should be a batch file named "make_wii-softchip.bat"
Note : The files "Softchip.dol" and "Softchip.wad" are old revisions, don't take them.
There's a small error in the batch file, so we're gonna fix it. Open it, and search for "echo Next step: Compile project". Then you can see "cd wii-softchip\softchip"
    Change to "cd wii-softchip\loader.
Save, and run the batch (it's going to get some data over internet, so don't block it (the program should be named "wget")
    when it's finidhed, you'll get a new "Softchip.dol" file and a "Softchip.wad" file.
At the root of your SD card, create the directory "WAD". Put "Softchip.wad" inside.
Run WAD Manager, and install "Softchip.wad" and you should have on your Wii Menu the newest SoftChip revision as a channel

Sorry for my bad english, I'm french [IMG]
