Wii Hard Drive

    what is the largest capacity hard drive that the wii can read or use?

    well you don't really need anything over 320gb

    35,000TB......

    ....anything over 1TB is overkill. 320GB - 500GB should suffice.

    hmmm...I think I read in another thread that 3TB and over is unreadable by the wii due to the plate size being different. the sad thing really, though, is that 80 gigs is probably all u'd need for "quality" wii titles. I really wish the wii had more great titles. aside from nintendo first and second party titles, the wii is almost completely barren. :-(

    i've got 320gb split into 2 partitions fat32 (wii) and ntfs (computer storage, backup etc) 160gb each and it's enough for me

    you'd have to have like 800 games for that much space to be used...
