Wii got bricked after I closed Riiconnect24 mail patcher.

I backed up my nand but I don't know where to put the files back on the sd? After I closed riiconnect24 and went to system menu it's at a screen that says "The system files are corrupted."
edit: I fixed it, I just had europe channels. rookie mistake.
