Hacking Wii Gamecube Backup Launcher XI problems Please help

I have installed the Gamecube Backup Launcher .2 channel with no problems. Runs perfect. When I go to the original disc channel and launch an official nintendo disc it loads and immediately before the disc starts it runs backup launcher xi. Is there a way to completely remove backup launcher xi from my wii?
