I recently softmodded a black Wii. I basically used this guide http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=171901 . Just about everything is working perfectly fine. My USB loader has worked for all my Wii games, all the emulators are fine, all the WiiWare/VC WADs are installing fine, but I was worried about running out of blocks on the Wii. So I went into Data Management > Channels > SD and the Wii froze. I did a quick search and it said somewhere that it was because I still had the Bannerbomb files on my SD card. Is this the reason? If so, what files are the Bannerbomb files and what can I remove from my SD card and still have working apps and a Homebrew Channel? I still have everything on there from the whole softmod process.

Overview of the files I currently have on the SD - http://imgur.com/5x2p0.png

yes it is the reason, and bannerbomb is the private folder. so delete that
Before you do, you never copied any save files from the Wii to the SD card right? If you didnt then go ahead and delete that folder..

if you are scared of deleting it, rename it to whatever and try .. it will work
