    Hi,

    What i notice is that after a wii is bricked, is it true that olso the cooling fan not work anymore?

    if not, somebody know where i can find the fuse for the internal wii cooling fan (if there is one)

    That should work as soon as you press power button and has nothing to do with a brick.

    hi bula,

    that i olso think, but the fan not spinning right now,
    try a second one, same result, is there a fuse some where on the board?

    what if the signal to power the fan happens after the point where it bricked?

    If you can get to HBC or priiloader I don't see why the fan won't kick.

    the wii is full bricked,
    so no hbc or priloader

    Get a DC power meter and measure power at fan' leads. Do you have bootmii as boot2? If not, how are you going to recover from a full brick? You will have to send it in to Nintendo or get in touch with DeadlyFoez, he can help you. Your fan not spinning should be your last worry now. BTW if you want to do some testing you can use any fan to cool it for now.

    I'm not an expert on hardware in wiis, but it wouldn't surprise me if the chassis fan is software controlled, as it is in many PCs. If the software doesn't work at least to the point where it turns on the fan output, I wouldn't expect the fan to work either.

    thats what i olso think, that i software controlled,
