I've gone and edited the _DS_MENU.DAT into displaying my Wii Clouds skin, with some nice changes, it is made so you don't need to have a single skin added onto your cart, so it should (not tested yet) work with the few R4 carts than won't display external skins, that means it works best with no external skins also.
