just bought my wii few weeks ago and i had wode and softmod install as well, but i did not had NAND backup, are there any ways to bring back my wii to original virgin status? if upgrading to 4.3 do it?

There is no possible way to completely remove mods from your Wii, they leave traces on your NAND no matter what you do. If you want a NAND backup, go install BootMii with the HackMii Installer and make one. And why bother removing the hacks to go back to 'virgin status'?
