Hacking Wii 4.0 CIOSCORP question

I know that you guys are probably tired of all these 4.0 questions but plz bear with me lol, i have a question is there an alternative to CIOSCORP for 4.0 that blocks updates as it can already read "backups" lol cuz it asks for an update so that means it can read backups but according to this site there's a app called StarPatch with is a Starfall only for 4.0 but i find it... So in conclusion is there a way to block updates from the disk channel?

does that work i never tried lol i just don't want it to replace my Healthscreen thou i guess i can delete that in the hacks.ini lol

Yeah Preloader is great. You don't ahve to delete the hack from the hacks.ini file however, you just don't enable it when you're setting up Preloader.
