I commented on the PAL dump. It's not too bad. Controls are pretty solid, including with balance board. Graphics and story are on par with Shawn White Snowboarding World Stage.

I got it to work using cIOSx rev20 (IOS56 base), but it did seem a little glitchy. I think that this may be occurring because the iso is bad - I'm going to download it from another source and see if the glitches are gone.
