Just checked this out on youtube - looks a bit meh. I'm playing jett rocket currently, which is fun, so don't have much need for this ATM.

It reminds me of something though, visuals-wise

@Gaydrian, I saw it was cancelled for Xbox, any good do you think?

Well your loss, I heard its pretty good. After most platforming shit we get that isn't from Nintendo I'll be all over this, it looks like its had a lot of care put into it.

Theres a dash of Psychonauts meets Banjo Kazooie.

I was waiting for this game, because I think these days plattformers are really rare (no surprise, that a cancelled XBox-game was needed to fix this [IMG])...

The game looks OK (some animations and the jumping look a little strange). But overall the game looks very traditional ala Rayman 2&3 which IMO is a very good thing.

I love these kind of games and if this one is at least decent I will most definitely play it, since like I said I love plattforming games!

hmm, sounds interesting now; I may have been too quick to dismiss it on the trailer alone.

@ Master Mo - that's what this reminded me of; Rayman 3 on GC!

good platformgame...but after Mario Galaxy 2, i don't know..all games of this type are a disappointment, mostly graphically. In my opinion also very repetitive

Haha yeah, I can see it.

The game has a neat style going for it. The gameplay looks repetitive, though... Hopefully it's wacky enough to keep peoples' interest.

Yes, I realize that after watching s'more gameplay on Youtube. Seems very varied! And once again, it has some really fantastic art direction!

I can tell just from the clips that the camera's gonna be a source of criticism, though. It never seems to keep up when the player falls, so you end up being off-screen during some of those really platformy moments...

Someone clearly is a big fan of Tim Burton/Nightmare before Christmas. It's undeniable Danny Elfman music and the introtext is in the Nightmare-before-christmas font. Even some characters are almost replica's of characters from NBC. A little bit too obvious but it definitely looks good.

Judging by the youtube video, it has a N64/PS2 era platformer vibe to it -- hopefully, it'll play awesome and will come to the US.

It kinda reminds me of Ratchet & Clank in a way.

Any chance this is getting a US release?

Or does the game accept any NTSC forcing means?

Gameone has been reporting on this game a year ago or so.
It was devolped by a German Team (developing started around 2001) but had problems finding a publisher, though the testers of Gameone only spoke positively about it.

Also, it's advertisement is repeated frequently in Germany.
I'm thinking about testing it and maybe buying it to support the developers.

I've been enjoying this game the last couple of days. It's easy as sin, but the graphics are fun and I love I it's clearly a bunch of Nightmare before Christmas fanatics. It even has little cutscenes with funny songs, just like the NBC movie had.

Very fun game, nothing special, just fun.
