It IS crap, not even fun when playing your first fight. The european PAL-version is out for like a week and and I guess everyone who wasted his time on this regrets it (like me. I want that 5 minutes of my life back!)

Overall, yes, because you can say that SC2 has better art style... Graphics are art + technology.

But technically (effets, textures, etc), this game is much better than SC2.
