For those who don't know - This is the World Cup Edition of Winning Eleven / Pro Evolution Soccer
(like EA's FIFA World Cup South Africa 2010 game)
YesAsia Editorial Description
With the World Cup tournament in South Africa imminent, soccer fans all around the world are counting down in feverish anticipation. The latest installment of the best-selling Winning Eleven series comes as a timely release for soccer lovers and especially fans of the series. In Winning Eleven Playmaker 2010: Aoki Samurai no Chousen, the gamer can feel the honor of joining the Japan national team and compete with the best teams from around the world for the world championship in the all-new Japan Challenge Mode. Controlling the whole squad (in Team Mode) or focusing on one player (in Player Mode) is up to the gamer, and, although licensed real-life players are featured, one can also create their own custom-built players in the game. As with the previous entries in the series, Aoki Samurai no Chousen boasts the latest team/player data, stunning animation and AI, plus realistic gameplay on and off the pitch.
Would like to see some more gameplay, but I hope it's better than FIFA WC
For sure it's better, Raylene2K7 said it's PES , but for japan
if that graphic is for the Wii then it will be great.
but thats probably for PS3 or Xbox =[
the pes for the wii is very difficult at the beginning unless u really play it a lot which is unlikely cuz u have a PC PES which is better although accuracy is better on wii
its bettter to play a friendly fun game than something sophisticated and difficult to train upon
Will there be a PAL release?
Definitely gonna check this out
They forgot the 360 version. LOL.
Let's hope so, PES Wii owns!
Love the 2010 game, best Wii game IMHO.
No, this game is for japan only (it's out for Wii, PS2, PS3, PSP)
The World Cup 2010 game for the rest of the world is the one by EA.
I cant find this anywhere - Is it any different from the other Wii releases ???
I couldn't find any dl links anywhere either yet, maybe because only 1700 people in Japan bought it on first day (according to Media Create)...
I'm downloading it right now and write my expressions as soon as i try it.
Really? I can't see how easier it can be, its the most natural way to play and so simple to do everything.
It's exactly the same game as the last year PES for wii. Really no need to download it.
I got the ps2 version - Only different is a Japan Challenge mode where you take Japan from the qualifyers to the world cup!
