[Wii] Rune Factory Frontier [First Look 10 Minutes]
Looks like a total 3D ripoff of Harvest Moon.
it's made by the same company, so...
Looks interesting judging from the video. I may try this out after finishing Dragon Age : Awakening.
It even says 'Part of the Harvest Moon family' on the box, also the DS one was dubbed 'A fantasy Harvest Moon'.
This has been out for ages in North America. It's a good game, too.
Could anyone try this out to find out if it got any more languages than just english ?
My mom would really like to play it but her english isn't the best. :|
this is an awesome game if you like farming, dungeons and dating lolli girls you'll like this
it's also a game you can play for a long time i was playing it for over a month when it 1st came out.
Haven't played Harvest moon since the SNES days, so don't get your panties in a knot.
Anywho - the reviews on this are very positive if anyone is wondering whether it's worth a look.
this is a game that you can play several different ways and it's up to you to choose which
1. just grow stuff on your farm and in the dungeons than sell them for $ and use them to make jams etc to impress your lady friend(s)
2. grow special flowers and use them in making equips that make you stronger so you can beat all the dungeons and conquer the final boss.
3. befriend everyone in the game to see each persons story and also unlock hidden cut scenes
4. grow every type of food and cook every type of meal, craft every type of armor and make every type of weapon, get all house and barn extensions and capture every monster possible.
mix and match or do the lot!
I loved the DS ones!! I want to play this really bad. But, i have no wii. Oh well.
Ditto excellent game sadly I've grown tired of it to actually want to buy this now as I don't see me playing this again.
Rune Factory is so much better than the Harvest Moon games of the last 5 years.
i was gonna play it again but the runeys and the slow process of making/cooking kinda stopped me. it's still on the drive though.
i noticed in this the clock is 24 hour but in ntsc it's 12 hour. i prefer 12 hour.
Languages are english, french, and german. Voices only in english.
