I purchased this game. I found out about the mono sound thing and registered myself with activision for a "free replacement disc" and.......got fuck all!

So I'm gonna d/l this in a big piratey (if there is such a word) way and say "Thanks for my promised free disc i never got and fuck you activision".

Thank you, i shall resume lurking now and you can all chat about why this is a pointless release.

That is exactly what i did and they lost my disc... i hate activision so much i refuse to play their games now. but now that they are with blizzard (my all time favorite company) I am going to play Starcraft 2.

Is there any other difference besides the sound being stereo now instead of mono ?
The info doesn't relly say.........
By the way, I live in the USA and I did receive my replacement disc from activision, even though it took it a little while, but it's ok, I had a rip of the game to play with anyway......

Off topic but Activision sent me new cymbals for my drumkit for free because the old ones were broken which i found very nice of them.
Of course it would have been better if they worked from the start...

they also replaced my guitar hero world drum kit free via fedex in a few days...great customer service from my experience with them

I even own the game, but my disc is mono.

Wow, it took THIS long? I lost interest a long time ago. Besides, of all the post-Harmonix Guitar Hero games, why play this one?

I wonder if they added rock band instrument support. I bought the original and never noticed it was mono.

It actually helped me cause at the time of the release my tv only had one working channel. Playing GH2 on 360 stereo with one channel was so annoying!
